Why German, Russian and Ottoman empire are rectangle, but Ancient Rome isn't! That rule is also unnecessary. I'm sorry if this was too cruel to the site and community, but i can't stand it. I made this because Peru and Guatemala have both emblems on middle (i didn't draw them), and middle of flag is white stripe. Peru is red (opposite color is blue), Guatemala is blue. If you wonder why Perumala is green, because red+white+blue is taken by france, diffirent variants too (Yugoslavia, Luxembourg, Netherlands). The pallete is actually RGB (RYB in painting). I perfer Green than Yellow because it's a 2nd main computer color.0 likes

- 4 years ago If Perumala was purple, then it would be rulebreaking way of making flags. It's because purple is too expensive (maximum purple usage is 1/3 of flag like Lovencce wears). Yellow is a variant, but it is way too bright, yellow will not stand out that much with white. To make Niger and Perumala flag at least a little bit diffirent, i would think and add an emblem to Perumala like Peru and Guatemala does sometimes.0 likes
